Here is a breakdown of how this affects your delivery:

Our Alternative Shipping Plan

  • Temporary Carriers: We have immediately switched to using alternative shipping carriers for all both domestic and international orders until the strike is resolved.
  • Carrier Limitations: Please note that these alternative carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or remote ZIP codes. Only Canada Post has the capability to service these addresses.
  • Potential Delays: Because these alternative carriers are handling a much higher volume of parcels than usual, delivery times may still be slower than expected, even to standard addresses.

Important New Order Policy (Effective September 29)

  • Failed Orders: As of Monday, September 29, we are unable to process any new orders listing a P.O. box or a remote ZIP code as the delivery address. These orders will automatically appear as Failed in your dashboard and will not be fulfilled.
  • Existing Orders (Before September 29):Any orders placed before September 29 with a P.O. box or remote ZIP code will be held securely at our fulfillment facilities until the strike ends.If an order has already moved into the fulfillment stage, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

How It Works: The Print-on-Demand Process

All of our products are made just for you, which means we don't hold any inventory. This is a special process known as "print-on-demand."

  1. You Place an Order: Once you hit "purchase," your order is sent directly to our trusted production partner.
  2. We Create Your Item: They get to work printing your unique design onto your chosen garment. This process takes an average of 2-5 business days.
  3. It Gets Shipped: After printing, your item is carefully packaged and shipped directly from their facility to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Times

Since every order is made on demand, shipping times are an estimate based on the destination. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

  • Canada: Orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days after fulfillment.
  • United States: Orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days after fulfillment.
  • International: International shipping times can vary widely depending on the country. Most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Combined Shipping & Product Categories

For your convenience and to ensure the fastest delivery, some of our products are created in different fulfillment centers. This means that if you order items from different product categories (e.g., a t-shirt and a mug), they may be shipped separately. As a result, you may see multiple shipping fees on your order, each corresponding to a different package. We do this to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and we always aim to use the most cost-effective shipping method available.

International Orders & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide! For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees and import taxes. The fee is determined by your local customs office and is not included in your total order price.
